It has been our pleasure to serve as your technology partner and we continuously strive to improve ourselves so that we can increase our value to your organization. One area that we are making sizable improvements is through the use of our remote monitoring and management tools. With these tools, we are able to accomplish many of the tasks from our office that previously required us to be onsite to perform. As we continue to provide more services remotely, we still recognize the high value of onsite visits. In order to recover some of our costs for travel, we have found it necessary to implement a uniform travel reimbursement policy.

Effective July 1, 2015 we will be charging $125.00/hr for travel, portal to portal, billed in quarter-hour increments for all service delivery visits. For our ITCare clients that have at least 1 server covered by our network monitoring service, we will discount our travel rate to $62.50/hr. I trust that you understand the need for this policy change.
